GHI에서 제작된 Thunderbird Explorer Yachts는  Full Displacement 선체로서 대양 횡단, 장기 항해에 사용합니다. 또한 거주구가 커서 마리나 생활하는데 적합합니다. 속도는 보통 12 노트이며 스틸 선체 위에 알루미늄 슈퍼스트락쳐로 구성합니다. 또는 속도와 스틸의 부식때문에 전체 알루미늄으로 제작하기도 합니다.  일반적으로 요트 고객들은 최종적으로 Explorer 스타일을 선택합니다.

Thunderbird Explorer Yachts, manufactured by GHI, are Full Displacement hulls, used for long-term voyages in the ocean cross navigation. It is also suitable for living in a marina due to its large living quarters. The speed is usually 12 knots and is made up of an aluminum superstructure over a steel hull. Or it can be made entirely of aluminum due to the corrosion of the steel. In general, yacht customers finally choose the Explorer style.
